Krzysztof feels best in courts. He has been a judge at Warsaw courts for 12 years. He adjudicated in civil, economic and family cases. He was the chairman of the department, vice-president and president. He trained trainees in civil procedure and European Community law.
As a legal advisor, he has been dealing with civil, economic and family law since 2008. He advises, negotiates and draws up contracts, bearing in mind that eventually each case may end up in court, and the client and his attorney should be prepared for it. While conducting lawsuits, he uses the experience from the other side of the judge’s table.
Krzysztof has extensive experience in the field of procedural law and litigation. He is a specialist in cooperative law and labor law (trade unions and collective labor agreements), contract law and competition law.
Krzysztof Kluj has graduated from law studies at the University of Warsaw. He has also studied at the Catholic University of Lublin and the Polish Academy of Sciences.
