COVID-19 Legal Assistance
Support for entrepreneurs so deeply affected by the pandemic is offered by various institutions under specific arrangements related to the prevention, counteraction and eradication of COVID-19. It is now basically concentrated on two aid packages in the form of the Industry Shield (the Crisis Shield 6.0) and the PFR 2.0 Financial Shield. The substantial financial resources thus committed are distributed to companies in specific industries in the form of various types of instruments to support the maintenance of their ongoing business activities, while preventing a significant drop in revenue, loss of liquidity and job losses.
We offer entrepreneurs comprehensive support at each stage of the application process, in particular:
- we continuously monitor the possibilities for financial support to entrepreneurs to cope with the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic;
- we analyse the client's economic situation and the adequate availability of the targeted support instrument;
- we assist in the entire process, from assessing and verifying the economic situation of the company, through preparing the application and required documentation to obtaining financial support;
we provide advice on:
- the possibility of benefiting from a one-off parking allowance;
- choose the best form of relief from the payment of social security contributions: exemption, remission, deferral, division into instalments;
- a non-repayable grant for micro and small enterprises;
- subsidies for employees' salaries;
- the suspension of the market fee in 2021;
- to obtain a financial subsidy for micro-enterprises with full cancellation conditions;
- financial support in the form of a subsidy for small and medium-sized enterprises amounting to 70% of the gross loss to cover fixed costs, and meeting the conditions for its total remission;
- the organisation of work in conditions related to COVID 19, in particular as regards employers' obligations and employees' entitlements
