She has over 20 years of experience in providing services to business entities. Before starting cooperation with the Wielgosz and Partners Law Firm, she was the Legal Service Director at Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów S.A. – the largest manufacturer of engines and aviation components in Poland. She was also the Partner responsible for M&A transactions in a law firm associated with Deloitte.

Joanna Pijanowska has lead numerous projects in the field of employment restructuring, relations with trade unions and resolving collective disputes. She advised on the optimization of the functioning of enterprises (changes in the organizational structure, improvements in key processes, i.e. contracts, orders, investments). She has extensive experience in transactions in the area of mergers and acquisitions, as well as handling investment processes and real estate. She coordinated numerous projects financed under state aid. As the Chairwoman of the Tender Committee, she exercised legal and organizational supervision over the implementation of the EUR 100 million project entitled “Construction of the Research and Development Center for Aircraft Engines” at Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów S.A. with co-financing under public aid in the amount of EUR 25 million.
