Advice on contracting, including with the National Health Fund
- we provide assistance with regard to contracts with the National Health Fund (NFZ), including drafting, negotiating and providing an opinion on contracts, participation in the competition procedure, drafting the necessary documentation, including protests and appeals;
- we represent clients and advise them in contacts with the NFZ and other institutions and bodies, including in cases for compensation against the NFZ for unpaid and performed health services;
- we develop drafts, verify and negotiate contracts, agreements with contractors and external institutions;
- advise on and draft documents for tenders in accordance with the Civil Code or Public Procurement Procedures for the purchase of medical equipment and services;
- we handle tendering procedures for medical and non-medical transport.
