Optimisation of employment structures, group and individual dismissals
- we advise on group dismissals, starting with the establishment of a plan and strategy of action, through negotiations with trade unions and/or employee representation, development of the required regulations, procedures, notifications and the execution of the dismissals themselves;
- we offer practical support for alternative solutions (voluntary departure schemes, new working and pay conditions, organisational changes, outsourcing, etc.);
- we advise on company transformations/transfers, with particular emphasis on agreements with trade unions;
- we advise on individual dismissals of employees, including senior managers, taking into account the specifics of the situation, seeking to minimise the risk of litigation or even loss.
