The 10th of November 2020 was the deadline for employers with between 20 and 249 employees to enter into the agreement to operate Employee Equity Plans (PPK) with one of 19 financial institutions. Let us remember, however, that in less than 2 months, i.e. as from the 1st of January 2021, the fourth and final stage of the implementation of Employee Equity Plans will begin, which will cover all other entities employing between 1 and 19 employees and entities in the public finance sector (e.g. public health care centres, schools) regardless of their employment level. The smallest employers will be obliged to conclude agreements: on PPK management – by the 23rd of April 2021 and on PPK operation – by the 10th of May 2021. (for public finance sector employers the deadlines are shorter – the 26th of March and the 10th of April respectively).
