Remuneration and benefit systems, motivation of employees, optional employee savings schemes, including Employee Equity Plans (PPK) and Employee Pension Schemes (PPE)
- we assist in both the creation and modification of employee remuneration and bonus systems, prepare the relevant documents, i.e. regulations, packages, agreements;
- we advise on designing incentive systems, e.g. bonus systems, loyalty systems, retention systems, task funds and additional non-wage forms of employee benefits tailored to market needs and employer's budget possibilities;
- we actively support clients in developing and implementing various forms and tools for appraisal, development and motivation of employees with a view to achieving the employer's business objectives;
- we offer support in setting up and running Employee Equity Plans (PPK);
- we advise on other alternative forms of group savings linked to the workplace, e.g. Employee Pension Schemes (EPP), taking into account the advisability of their implementation in a given organisation.
