Mobbing and discrimination, unequal treatment, prevention of abuse
- we develop, evaluate and assist in the implementation of anti-mobbing, anti-corruption, anti-retaliation, codes of ethics and other programmes to prevent and counteracting undesirable phenomena aimed at limiting the employer's potential liability;
- support the development, implementation of regulations and channels for anonymous whistleblowing and protection of whistleblowers;
- as an independent body we conduct internal investigations;
- we participate in mediation and negotiation and represent clients in cases and court disputes concerning mobbing and discrimination;
- we design, evaluate and help implement other compliance solutions in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and good business practices, taking into account the specifics, corporate structure and expectations of the client.
