Establishment and transformation of healthcare entities and professional practices
- we draw up documentation required for the functioning of the entity carrying out medical activity, including contracts of commercial law companies, contracts of civil partnership - permissible forms of carrying out professional practice, we prepare statutes, organisational regulations, instructions, orders and other acts of internal law;
- we provide support in the proceedings related to the registration of medical activity in an appropriate organisational form in the register of entities performing medical activity (establishments, organisational units and units of a medical entity) and we assist in introducing changes and updating entries in the register;
- we assist in proceedings related to registration of an appropriate form of medical companies in the National Court Register;
- we advise on the choice of the most favourable legal form for a particular type of medical activity, as well as assist in restructuring or changing the legal form;
- we carry out processes of transformation, merger or liquidation of medical entities, including advice on transformation of public healthcare institutions into commercial law companies.
