  • we advise on the creation of an investment strategy, provide legal and business recommendations taking into account the conditions prevailing throughout the investment process, in particular aiming to optimise the process and identify potential risks;
  • we provide legal assistance at every stage of the investment process, starting with support in obtaining legally required opinions, arrangements, positions and administrative decisions;
  • we represent investors before authorities which make agreements and give opinions, in particular road authorities at the stage of obtaining legally required arrangements and during negotiation of contracts concerning construction and reconstruction of road investments;
  • we represent investors in administrative and administrative court proceedings related to obtaining decisions issued on the basis of the so-called special acts;
  • we provide comprehensive services for infrastructural investments, including those based on International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) Contract Conditions;
  • we construct full tender documentation, also based on the Public Procurement Law, as well as contracts concluded in the course of the investment process;
  • we conduct examinations of compliance of already completed investment processes with applicable regulations, we also participate in inspections and reviews;
  • we advise on the handling and settlement of EU and European Investment Bank funds;
  • counselling on concessions, privileges and other forms of support available for the investment, e.g. under the Act on supporting new investments.
