Development Investments
- we assist in the process of real estate purchasing for construction purposes, conduct legal audits along with the assessment of the possibility of development of the property for investment purposes in terms of town planning regulations, building regulations and other;
- we prepare and negotiate contracts and other required documents related to the purchase of real estate;
- we obtain administrative permits necessary to conduct and implement investment plans, including building permits, development conditions, environmental decisions, occupancy permits;
- we prepare templates and, if necessary, negotiate contracts concluded by the developer with purchasers, taking into account legal requirements, in particular the elimination of prohibited clauses;
- we draft, review and negotiate construction work agreements, subcontractor agreements, design work agreements, author's supervision agreements, investor's supervision agreements;
- we provide legal assistance other than contracting to all participants in the construction process, i.e. investors, contractors, designers, works managers and other entities, including essential construction correspondence;
- we advise on and conduct legal aspects of commercialisation of service and office investment projects;
- we advise and represent in administrative and court proceedings related to the construction process;
