Business-to-business contracts
- We design, implement and streamline contracting processes by, among other things, creating contract templates, review and approval schemes to increase efficiency and safeguard the organisation's interests (shortening review and approval times, eliminating paper workflows and ensuring appropriate approval levels);
- We draft and provide opinions on agreements named as such (lease, tenancy, commission, contract of specific work, construction works, lease and other) and unnamed agreements (e.g. maintenance, service, implementation, cooperation), taking into account the specificity of the industry, as well as the client's expectations and interests;
- We assist in the process of negotiating entire contracts and particular provisions, explaining the essence of the solutions adopted in order to bring them to a satisfactory conclusion;
- We prepare specifications of essential terms of orders and contracts under the Public Procurement Law;
- We help with claims relating to the performance or non-performance of commercial contracts.
