Obtaining financial support and assistance from European Union and national funds
- we advise and support our Clients in analysing the possibilities of obtaining the most optimal form of financial support and assistance, including for investments, from national and EU support funds in the next EU financial perspectives;
- we give our opinion and interpretation of programme provisions covering the current and future financial perspective under the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, 2021-2027;
- we support in the preparation of aid application, application for payment under the measures of the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020;
- we provide support during inspections and proceedings conducted by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) and European control institutions;
- we advise on obtaining non-grant sources of financing for the development of agricultural and processing activities, including financial instruments (low-interest loans);
- we successfully represent our clients in proceedings before the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) and the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR) in cases concerning state aid in agriculture, aid financed or co-financed from EU funds and national support;
- we carry out economic and legal analyses conditioning the dynamic development of activities and strengthening the competitive position of agricultural producers and processors.
