Economic trade in agricultural markets and agri-food processing
- we draft contracts related to trade in agricultural and food products, including cultivation, supply, sale and storage contracts as well as contracts related to the purchase of such products; we assist in negotiating the terms of these contracts;
- we participate in drafting, amending and providing opinions on internal acts of entities in the agri-food sector (association, union, collectives, commercial company), including resolutions, by-laws, contracts and statutes;
- we assist in the recovery of debts from contracting parties in connection with the performance of concluded contracts;
- we provide comprehensive legal assistance in the establishment of an agricultural producer group, in the process of its recognition, as well as in its transformation, merger and division;
- we provide legal representation in administrative, judicial and administrative court proceedings, including appeals to higher-level public administration bodies or complaints to administrative courts against unlawful action by such bodies;
- we represent clients in proceedings before the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) and the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR);
- we apply to the minister in charge of agricultural markets for entry in the register of regulated activities with respect to matters falling within the remit of that minister (production, purification, denaturing or dehydration of ethyl alcohol, manufacture of tobacco products).
