Support in relations with trade unions and employee representatives, collective litigations
- conducting communications and negotiations with trade unions and/or employee representatives;
- preparing and negotiating the content of collective labour agreements and contracts, work regulations, remuneration regulations, the Company Social Benefits Fund, social packages, voluntary departure schemes, rules for collective dismissals;
- counselling, negotiation and mediation in the conduct and resolution of collective disputes.
