Court proceedings and out-of-court representation

  • we provide legal representation and out-of-court representation in cases involving patients' claims, including before the Voivodeship Commission for Adjudication of Medical Incidents, the Patient Ombudsman, in contacts with insurers;
  • we conduct medical malpractice litigation;
  • we advise and provide legal representation and out-of-court representation in cases involving damage to the reputation of a healthcare provider;
  • we represent you during inspections carried out by authorities and institutions.
