Joanna Pijanowska has lead numerous projects in the field of employment restructuring, relations with trade unions and resolving collective disputes. She advised on the optimization of the functioning of enterprises (changes in the organizational structure, improvements in key processes, i.e. contracts, orders, investments). She has extensive experience in transactions in the area of mergers and acquisitions, as well as handling investment processes and real estate.
