Let us remember, however, that in less than 2 months, i.e. as from the 1st of January 2021, the fourth and final stage of the implementation of Employee Equity Plans will begin, which will cover all other entities employing between 1 and 19 employees and entities in the public finance sector (e.g. public health care centres, schools) regardless of their employment level. The smallest employers will be obliged to conclude agreements: on PPK management &#8211; by the 23rd of April 2021 and on PPK operation &#8211; by the 10th of May 2021.
