Since the 1st of January 2021, each payer of social insurance contribution or natural person commissioning a work will be obliged to notify Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) within 7 days of conclusion of each contract for specific work in a situation when such an agreement is concluded with a person with whom he\/she is not in an employment relationship or if under such an agreement he\/she does not perform work for an employer with whom he\/she is in an employment relationship.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This additional requirement was introduced by one of the amendments to the Act of specific solutions related to preventing, counteracting and combating COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them and some other acts, the so-called Anti-Crisis Shield.
