He has specialized in administrative law and administrative procedure for years. He appears before administrative authorities and administrative courts of all instances. He participated in proceedings before the Constitutional Court. He has extensive experience in the field of legislation – mainly in the field of adapting Polish law to EU law and in providing legal services to supreme public administration authorities.
The expert in the field of agricultural law (including European). A long-time employee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, where he headed the Legal and Legislative Department for almost 15 years. He also provided legal services to the National Council of Agricultural Chambers. Moreover, he also specializes in food law. He cooperates with entities conducting agricultural activity and food production, as well as with organizations from this industry.
For the last several years he has successfully benefited from his experience in the field of administrative law and legislation implementing the knowledge in the field of servicing medical entities and proceedings before the Patient Ombudsman. He deals with the issues of public procurement law and contracts in business transactions. He creates and reviews acts of internal law. He deals with the problematic aspects of disclosing public information as well as medical information and documentation.
He is fluent in English and communicative in Russian.
He has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Attorney at Law – the member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.
